PAPER SUBMISSION

 

Maximum length is 18 pages in English –see cost for additional pages in registration section (notes).

All papers must follow the standard formatting guidelines and must be submitted in PDF and DOC format (maximum 10 Mb):

The recommended formatting guidelines for a smoother production of the camera-ready paper:

  • Template supporting MS Winword 7 –Windows 95, 97, 2000, 2003 and MS Word for Macintosh.

  • Template supporting MS Word 2000.

Instructions for using the author template:

All submitted papers will be reviewed by a double-blind (at least three reviewers), non-blind, and participative peer review.

These three kinds of review will support the selection process of those that will be accepted for their presentation at the international conference. 

Authors of accepted papers who registered in the workshop can have access to the evaluations and possible feedback provided by the reviewers who recommended the acceptance of their papers, so they can accordingly improve the final version of their papers.

All papers will be reviewed by the International Program Committee, and if of a high enough standard, accepted for presentation orally or by poster.

The registered author can present more than one paper (maximum 3).

The authors can appear as co–authors in several papers in CCGIDIS 2019 and the affiliated International Symposium, but each author can present 3 papers: (2) with similars topics and (1) with different topics and/or keywords.

Non-registered authors may not have access to the reviews of their respective submissions. 

Total number of pages is:

:: Research-in-Progress: Maximum length is 16 pages in English.
:: Demos: Maximum length is 14 pages in English.
:: Short Papers: Maximum length is 10 pages in English.
:: Doctoral Consortium: Maximum length is 8 pages in English.
:: Posters: Maximum length is 6 pages in English.

Post-Symposium Publication

A selected number of accepted and personally presented papers will be expanded and revised for possible inclusion in prestigious international Handbook:

Blue Herons Editions - Pixels Collection"

Note that only research works personally presented at the Symposium will be considered for invitation to the special Handbook.
