All submitted papers will be reviewed by a double-blind (at least three reviewers), non-blind, and participative peer review.
These three kinds of review will support the selection process of those that will be accepted for their presentation at the international workshop.
Authors of accepted papers who registered in the workshop can have access to the evaluations and possible feedback provided by the reviewers who recommended the acceptance of their papers, so they can accordingly improve the final version of their papers.
All papers will be reviewed by the International Program Committee, and if of a high enough standard, accepted for presentation orally or by poster.
The registered author can present more than one paper (maximum 3).
The authors can appear as co–authors in several papers in HCITOCH 2015 and the affiliated International Workshop, but each author can present 3 papers: (2) with similars topics and (1) with different topics and/or keywords.
