Fees and Information about Registration

Note 1. All authors and presenters of invited papers, regularly submitted papers, posters, demos, doctoral consortium, program chairs and co-chairs, scientific committee members, and members of cooperating or sponsoring organizations, receive this discounted registration fee. A supplemental registration fee of € 45 is added, if you are not eligible for the discounted registration fee.

Note 2. An official letter from your University or other educational institutions, duly signed and stamped, indicating your current student status, must be presented (in English) when registering at the Conference. Note 3. An official letter from your University or other educational institutions, duly signed and stamped, indicating your current student status (student full time), must be presented (in English) when registering at the Conference. You will be required to submit a scanned copy of this letter during the on-line application process. Besides, you will to submit a scanned copy of ACM or IEEE membership card by email. Special note: Registration will be NOT possible on site at the Registration Desk (Ravenna, Italy).

If we do not receive the full amount due before the early registration deadline the full late rate may become payable. We will send you confirmation by email when we have received your payment and your registration is complete.

Accommodation

The Ravenna Incoming Convention & Visitors Bure are recommended as the main hotels / guesthouse of the Workshop. Room reservations should be made directly with Ravenna Incoming Convention & Visitors Bure.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations received in writing by 28 August 2015 will be fully refunded, less € 40 which will be deducted for administrative and bank expenses. For cancellations received after this date, please see the following cases:

1) For authors of papers: Inclusion of papers in the International Workshop Proceedings is conditional upon registration of an author by Monday, 10 August 2015. After this date, submitted papers will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Workshop Proceedings.

2) For authors and non-authors: No refunds will be made from 31 August onwards.

Additional Notes

• All International Workshop fees are in €uro
• Additional pages for papers: € 30 each (maximun 4 pages)
• Extra CD or DVD proceedings (while available) may be purchased for € 30
• Books should be paid directly at the publishing house (special discount for the author/s and/or participants)
• Accompanying person must register with a full or student participant but takes no part in the International Workshop. Besides, it does not allow entry to any Workshop sessions or talks, or a published paper, or a set of proceedings
• International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance
