PAPER SUBMISSION

Maximum length is 24 pages in English –see cost for additional pages in registration section (notes).

All contributions must follow the standard formatting guidelines and must be submitted in PDF and DOC format –Microsoft Word (i.e., 2007), maximum 10 Mb. Please, NO Latex or .docx –thanks:

All submitted papers/contributions will be reviewed by a double-blind (at least three reviewers), non-blind, and participative peer review.

These three kinds of review will support the selection process of those that will be accepted for their presentation at the international conference.

Authors of accepted contributions who registered in the conference can have access to the evaluations and possible feedback provided by the reviewers who recommended the acceptance of their works, so they can accordingly improve the final version of their papers, short papers, research-in-progress, demos, posters, etc..

All contributions will be reviewed by the International Program Committee, and if of a high enough standard, accepted for presentation orally or by poster.

The registered author can present more than one work (maximum 3).

The authors can appear as co–authors in several papers in SETECEC 2018 and the affiliated International Conference, but each author can present 3 works: (2) with similars topics and (1) with different topics and/or keywords.

Non-registered authors may not have access to the reviews of their respective submissions.

:: Research-in-Progress: Maximum length is 16 pages in English.

:: Demos: Maximum length is 14 pages in English.

:: Short Papers: Maximum length is 10 pages in English.

:: Doctoral Consortium: Maximum length is 8 pages in English.

:: Posters: Maximum length is 6 pages in English.

Post-Conference Publication

A selected number of accepted and personally presented papers will be expanded and revised for possible inclusion in prestigious international handbook in Human-Computer Interaction Collection.
