Fees and Information about Registration

Note 1. All authors and presenters of invited papers, regularly submitted papers, posters, demos, doctoral consortium, program chairs and co-chairs, scientific committee members, and members of cooperating or sponsoring organizations, receive this discounted registration fee. A supplemental registration fee of 110 US dollars is added, if you are not eligible for the discounted registration fee.

Note 2. An official letter from your University or other educational institutions, duly signed and stamped, indicating your current student status, must be presented (in English) when registering at the Workshop. Special note: Registration will be NOT possible on site at the Registration Desk (Venice, Italy).

Workshop registration fee includes:

Send us a scanned copy of your bank transfer by email: Secretariat.HCITOCH@gmail.com. Please ensure that you pay any charges you bank may charge. If we do not receive the full amount due before the early registration deadline the full late rate may become payable. We will send you confirmation by email when we have received your payment and your registration is complete.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations received in writing by 30 July 2012 will be fully refunded, less € 40 which will be deducted for administrative expenses. For cancellations received after this date, please see the following cases:

1) For authors of papers: Inclusion of papers in the International Workshop Proceedings is conditional upon registration of an author by 16 July 2012. After this date, submitted papers will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Workshop Proceedings.

2) For authors and non-authors: No refunds will be made from 1st August 2012 onwards.

Accommodation

The VeniceSi are recommended as the main hotels / guesthouse of the Workshop. These hotels and guesthouse will accept reservations at the special Conference rate (contact to Mrs Alessandra Dell'Anna - VeniceSi: reservation@veneziasi.com :: Phone: +39.041.5222264) only when you identify yourself as an "International Workshop –HCITOCH 2012". Room reservations should be made directly with VeniceSi.

Additional Notes

• All International Conference fees are in €uro
• Additional pages for papers: € 80 each (maximun 4 pages)
• Extra CD or DVD proceedings (while available) may be purchased for € 40
• Extra gala dinners ticket (evening) may be purchased for € 60 each
• Accompanying person must register with a full or student participant but takes no part in the International Conference. Besides, it does not allow entry to any Conference sessions or talks, or a published paper, or a set of proceedings
• International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance
